1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Nitrova. By accessing this website or utilizing any of our remote staffing and BPO services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

2. Nature of Services

Nitrova specializes in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and remote talent provision. We connect businesses with dedicated professionals (such as customer support agents, accountants, and software developers). Nitrova acts as the HR and administrative manager, while the responsibility for daily task delegation and operational guidance remains with the client.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure the highest quality of service, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and clear instructions regarding the job roles and required responsibilities of the assigned staff.
  • Provide the necessary licenses, software, or access permissions required for the staff to perform their duties on the client's systems.
  • Adhere to the payment schedules agreed upon in the official contracts signed between the client and Nitrova.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

Service fees are determined based on individual agreements and contracts with each client. All invoices are issued monthly (or as otherwise agreed) and are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Nitrova reserves the right to suspend services in the event of late payments.

5. Confidentiality and NDA

We and our employees are committed to maintaining the utmost confidentiality regarding your business information, data, and trade secrets. We enforce strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with all our staff to ensure your data is never leaked or used for purposes outside the agreed scope of work.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nitrova makes every effort to select top-tier talent and monitor performance quality. However, Nitrova is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or profit losses resulting from decisions made by the assigned staff while executing tasks delegated by the client. Our maximum liability is limited to replacing unsuitable staff in accordance with the guarantee terms specified in the contract.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the notice period stipulated in the official contract. In the event of a breach of these terms, Nitrova reserves the right to terminate the provision of services immediately without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts located in Alexandria.
